George's experience is over 5 years in international consulting and start-ups, where he successfully solved the tasks of preparing a product for entering the market and attracting investments.

At Gazprom Neft George ensured the implementation of artificial intelligence systems for managing drilling in the fields, as well as the commercialization of digital solutions in the Middle East. Developed investment monitoring tools as part of portfolio management of digital transformation programs based on Qlik sense. Acted as a business process architect for the implementation of digital tools for the Production Management at Current Capacities product.

In company KPMG George organized due-diligence in mergers and acquisitions. He organized the attraction of foreign funding both through standard methods and through crowdfunding from Japan, China, and Australia.
